We are seeking talented and motivated construction professionals to join our multi-disciplined team.
Our Program and Construction Management division has an immediate need for Construction Superintendents to direct and inspect major public sector projects, upgrades and renovations. These positions are responsible for coordinating and directing multiple prime contractors on all phases of construction during the life of a project with an emphasis on quality and safety.
Projects include new building construction, major renovations, civil work, and the installation and commissioning of HVAC and Electrical Systems and HVAC systems. Additional duties include assisting the Project Manager in evaluating change order proposals, reviewing contractor submittals and requisitions and preparing comprehensive daily reports.
Qualified candidates will have 5 to 15 years of experience in building construction, inspection, QA/QC and/or related design fields.
Must have the ability to understand and interpret contract documents including specifications and drawings.
