LiRo’s Virtual Design and Construction department, based in lower-Manhattan, is a dynamic interdisciplinary group of designers, engineers, and construction managers. We are leaders in providing the latest in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for some of the largest and most interesting projects in New York City. We are constantly thinking about how to make buildings smarter through the use of cutting-edge tech and methods.
You are a talented communicator with strong graphic design and writing skills. You also have an interest in innovation and the media. You have at least two years’ experience as a marketing or PR professional -- in the fields of continuing education or AEC/O is a plus. Knowledge of any BIM tools and architectural rendering is also a plus.
Assisting with new outreach programs and synergies, marketing proposals, website development (through Squarespace), social media account management, and team coordination.
Qualified candidates should have strong communication skills, particularly written and graphic design.
Bachelor’s degree in PR, business/ marketing, architecture, graphic design, liberal arts.
At least two years’ experience as a marketing or PR professional is preferred.
