Our growth has created an immediate need for an  Office Engineer for one of our New York City projects. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track project schedules and budgets
  • Interface with municipal client and contractors
  • Coordinate and track all project plans and drawings
  • Assist Project Manager with change orders, RFI’s, submittals, and response letters to the contractors
  • Prepare and maintain project records including weekly and monthly project status reports

 

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of construction management experience
  • Office Engineering experience on NYC agency projects
  • Analyzing data and preparing reports
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of construction management software a plus.
  • The ability to multi-task, handling numerous concurrent requests
  • The ability to work as a team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills
