We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support our New York City Office

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Greet and announce all visitors
  • Maintain internal phone list
  • Assist in miscellaneous projects
  • Receive, sort and log all incoming mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc)
  • Post outgoing mail and prepare overnight packages
  • Maintain Reception, Conference Rooms and Kitchen areas are tidy
  • Coordinate and schedule "Lunch and Learns"
  • Call service technicians for all equipment failure (printer, copiers, coffee and telephone)
  • Contact Building Management for all office/building related issues.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Record of excellent attendance and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone skills, pleasant demeanor and positive corporate presentation
  • Customer service oriented. 
  • Willingness and ability to provide excellent service to our managers and staff as well as all visitors
