Due to our continued growth, we are seeing a Project Manager/Superintendent with experience in Ground Up Building Projects for our Ulster County, New York Offices.
This individual will be responsible for all aspects of their project from the pre-construction phase through project closeout and warranty. A successful candidate will deliver their projects on time and on budget while providing clients with a high-level of value and engagement. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, coordinate and supervise all on site activities; solve day- to- day problems; as well as create positive collaborative relationships with clients, sub-contractors and vendors.
