    Our growth has created an immediate need for a Project Manager for various transit, rail and/or transportation construction projects in New York City.



    The Project Manager will have PE and significant knowledge and experience managing large, and complex transit, rail or transportation construction projects in New York.


    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
    • Serve as LiRo’s principal representative and our Client’s direct point of contact with respect to the construction management, daily coordination, and execution of project related activities; and ultimately, the successful delivery of the project.
    • Licensed Professional Engineer with a minimum of 10-15 years of construction management and engineering experience. 
    • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage all phases of major construction, and a staff consisting of Resident Engineers, Inspectors, Office Engineers, Estimators, and Schedulers while overseeing the daily project activities.
    • Ensure the execution of the Project Quality and Safety Plans and make decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and could have a significant impact to the project.
    • Must be able interface with LiRo Executive Management on the challenges, staffing and special expertise required to support the Project.
