We have an immediate need for a VICE PRESIDENT, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT to direct the activities of LiRo’s growing New England operations. This position is responsible for business development and day-to-day project oversight for our Construction Management and Resident Engineering and Inspection activities throughout New England and will be based in our Boston, MA office.
Ideal candidates will have management experience directing major construction projects (both buildings and roads/bridges/tunnels) as well as driving business development activities. This position requires strong communication skills as well as outstanding technical and leadership capabilities. Must have in-depth knowledge of the New England construction market and relationships with principals at potential clients (public and private). Prior experience with large, public-sector projects is a must. Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or construction management. Professional Engineer’s license required.
