Our growth has created an immediate need for a motivated Administrative Assistant for our growing Boston, MA office. 



    *Answering phones, typing correspondence and Excel spreadsheets, filling out standard forms, faxing, filing, copying, proofreading and distributing mail 
    *Assisting with preparing proposals and coordinating with our other offices for other Marketing activities
    *Researching RFPs, RFQs, and RFRs 
    *Client interaction on phone, email, and mail correspondence
    *Maintaining office supplies and equipment
    *Scheduling client meetings
    *Arranging travel and coordinating meetings
    *Internet research
    *Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously



    *Bachelors' Degree preferred, but not required 
    *2 - 5+ years of administrative experience preferably in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction industries 
    *Strong communication, organizational and follow through skills
    *Positive attitude and excellent aptitude
    *Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team 
    *Willingness to accept new responsibilities and assignments
    *Strong computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Adobe, Photoshop, and other graphics programs a plus 

    *The office is within walking distance to the Sullivan Square Orange Line MBTA stop*
