LiRo Architects + Planners, P.C., is an award winning design firm.  We are currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager to participate in the design, and implementation of a variety of projects which range from the rehabilitation and expansion of existing buildings to new building design. This position is located in our Boston, MA Office.    

• Project Management including administration on multiple projects
• Develop scopes for architectural services
• Negotiate fees for services
• Meet with regulatory agencies
• Review design documents and construction estimates
• Perform constructibility reviews
• Schedule and manage architectural consultants

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required 
• 8-10 years U S. experience in building design and construction document preparation is required
• Registered Architect certification preferred
• Experience in Public Sector and Health Care projects required
• Demonstrated knowledge of Revit required
• Knowledge of Local Building Codes 
• Strong conceptual, communication, planning and organization skills and be capable of working both individually and in a team environment on a variety of projects and tasks
