LiRo Architects + Planners, P.C., based in Boston, MA, is an award-winning design firm seeking a Senior Architectual Project Manager to participate in the design, documentation and construction administration of a variety of public sector projects. Our projects range from the rehabilitation and expansion of existing buildings to new building design. This position will be based out of our Boston office.

The Senior Architectural Project Manager is the primary facilitator for the project delivery and documentation process during the SD, DD and CD phases on moderate to high complexity projects.  As such, they work closely with the other Project Leaders to orchestrate the efforts of the project team members and coordinate with the Consultant Team to create an integrated work-flow for the project.

• Assist with writing proposals in response to Request for Proposals for Public sector projects and involvement in the interview process with potential new clients.
• Lead the project design process through all phases.
• Design team and client management.

• • 10+ years experience in an architectural firm.
  • Strong conceptual, communication, planning and organization skills and capability of working well as a leader in a team environment in a variety of projects and tasks.
  • Familiarity with BIM software a plus.
  • Experience  with the International Building Code.
  • Experience with Massachusetts State filed sub-bid laws.
  • Experience in public sector projects such as Educational K-12, Higher Education, Public Safety, and Housing
