LiRo's Environmental Business Unit provides a wide range of engineering design services, from UST/AST programs to hazardous materials management; site investigation; alternatives analysis; remediation design and construction support. 

 

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Environmental Project Manager/Construction Manager  to work on  public housing projects throughout the five boroughs. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implementation of program aimed at supporting lead abatement projects
  • Prepare and manage field inspection schedules
  • Review field data for completeness and accuracy
  • Manage design teams and abatement/post-abatement construction teams to meet work order deliverables and timetables
  • Maintain program document control requirements
  • Review contractor payments and change orders
  • Coordinate program activities with various departments and NYC regulatory agencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Fully licensed with valid NYS DOL and NYC DEP Certifications, HAZMAT, and Code Compliance experience
  • Public Housing experience a big+
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented and strong leadership skills

- Compensation: Min: $83,200 - Max: 114,400
