Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead a team working on public housing projects throughout the five boroughs.  

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
• Overseeing multiple contractors
• Client management, project management and management of project business functions such as productivity/billability 
• QA/QC reporting

• BS or BA Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental
• 10+ years’ experience in a senior management role
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Experience with Asbestos and Lead Abatement
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Housing Authority or similar experience required
