Our Program and Construction Management division has an immediate need for Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents for building projects in Queens, NY.  

• Oversee the management of multiple construction projects
• Communication skills to work directly with the client.
• Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance
• Manage contractor compliance with documents
• Coordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order process

• 10+ years’ of successful construction project management experience with emphasis on building and  general construction projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• OSHA 10 Minimum Certification
• Potential Night and Weekend work required
