LiRo is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Project Manager for a high-profile project in lower Manhattan.

• Work closely with Project Manager handling all aspects of the project
• Assist with coordination of construction efforts
• Communicate directly with the client
• Provide document control and office management
• Coordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order process

• Construction project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to client or facility executives
• Public sector experience a big+
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple task
