Due to our continued growth, we are seeking Inspectors with NICET III Certification for a multi-billion dollar redevelopment project at JFK International Airport.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Individuals will be responsible for construction  inspection of  major infrastructure rehabilitation projects

Qualifications

  • NICET II Certification and experience in construction inspection
  • Experience on projects for PANYNJ, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, NYCDDC, or MTA C&D a plus
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods and procedures
  • Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations
  • Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Collaborate with multiple team members
  • Physical ability and coordination to safely maneuver around a construction sites
