Our continued growth has created an immediate need for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager for a high-profile Higher Education project in Buffalo, NY.

• Communicate directly with client, facility, stakeholders and user groups
• Oversee and ensure quality and consistency of construction and all aspects of project
• Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance
• Monitor and track project budgets
• Coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the proposed work
• Manage project administrative efforts, including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change orders

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related discipline
• 15+ years’ experience in Project Management
• Higher education facility renovation/construction experience required
• Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to facility executives
• Expertise in project administration for budget and schedule management
• Strong technical and leadership expertise is needed
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Strategic perspective and ingenuity for solving problems to avoid negative impacts
