Our continued growth has created an immediate need for a Project Cost Reviewer located in Albany, NY.

The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS).

• Review consultant and cost-plus estimates
• Assist vendors with payment submissions
• Provide payment information to client agencies
• Support the Contract Payment Audit Group
• Prepare and maintain Project Level Estimates through various stages of a project, representing the total project scope 
• Develop estimates for the comparison to bids received
• Perform site investigations
• Attend required project and staff meetings
• Develop estimates for Value Engineering change proposal reviews

• Knowledge and experience and/or an associate’s degree in the accounting or construction field would be preferred.
• Minimum (2) years of experience as a project cost reviewer
• Experience tracking costs
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Outlook programs
• Ability to attend job meetings and prepare accurate minutes, draft correspondence for review, create simple calculating spreadsheets and print out reports as required
• Excellent telephone skills and be ability to implement office procedures
