Due to our continued growth, we are seeking  Project Managers for public sector projects throughout the five boroughs.  

• Manage team assigned to projects
• Arrange and lead all project meetings
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
• Oversee/Inspect the work of contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order process
• Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety and quality
• Maintain client relationships 

• Candidate must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• PE or RA License a plus
• 10+ years’ experience in a senior management role
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Experience with occupied public sector renovations required
• Strong communication and time-management skills
