Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Licensed Survey Technician for a variety of projects throughout New York and New Jersey.

• Prepare mapping using computer design and drafting survey software
• Prepare topographic, boundary, utility, as-built, ROW, and ALTA mapping
• Perform survey calculations, upload, download, and process field data
• Analyze and plot boundary maps and descriptions
• Perform record research for boundary and utility information
• Work with design teams meeting demanding schedule

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor
• Licensed in New York and New Jersey required
• Proficient in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GIS
• Superior communication skills
• Ability to examine and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings
• Ability to examine boundary evidence survey resolutions
• Construction Layout computations and calculations
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control
