Our continued growth has created an immediate need for a Change Management Professsional for high profile Construction Management project with our Client, The Office of General Services, in Albany, NY. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management efforts on a highly priority project management software implementation, in a complex multi-stakeholder environment, consisting of over 4,000 internal and external users.

  • Develop change strategies and plans that drive successful adaptation of the change and expected benefits of realization, in conjunction with the project management efforts to implement.

  • Lead the development and deployment of the change management program, providing advisement on the execution strategy.

  • Change management plan shall include initiatives to foster employee understanding and acceptance of change to job role, policies, and practices within the new system.

  • Conduct risk management, including but not limited to, identifying challenges, developing mitigation strategies and managing a change roadmap.

  • Develop a communication and training plan for a smooth transition.

  • Must demonstrate the ability to articulate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand and digest way for recipients across various business units, external vendors, and external client users.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Change Management Accreditations
  • 10+ years related experience, working in a project environment in large organizations, government entities preferred.
  • Prior experience conducting change management on software implementation
  • Advanced knowledge of change management principles, industry best practices, lines of businesses supported, project management, organization practices, business culture(s) and business transformation
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
  • Knowledge of project/program support, planning and implementation
  • Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate change management activities to ensure completion of initiatives
  • Skill in using software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
  • Ability to work collaboratively and productively as a member of a team as well as the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion

- Compensation: Min: 120K - Max 130K.

The range provided is the salary that the Firm, in good faith, believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.  Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate's qualifications and location.
