LiRo's Environmental Business Unit provides a wide range of engineering design services, from UST/AST programs to hazardous materials management; site investigation; alternatives analysis; remediation design, and construction support. 

 

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking Lead Paint Inspectors who hold current SSPC (AMP) C3/C5 certification and have experience monitoring Abrasive Blasting projects for a variety of New York City Transit sites throughout the 5 Boroughs of New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Upload inspection data and provide formatted reports
  • Prepare and review work plans based upon inspection results and program parameters
  • Coordinate work with licensed contractors
  • Collection of airborne particulate samples using high volume and low volume sampling equipment
  • Schedule field operations with client

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidate must have 2+ years' experience monitoring abrasive blasting projects and current SSPC (AMP) C3/C5 Certification
  • New York City Transit project experience a big+
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

The range provided is the salary that the Firm, in good faith, believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.  Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.  

- Compensation: Minimum:  $72,800; Maximum $93,600
