Overview

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Recruiter with Construction Management or Engineering experience.

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.  LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.

 

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using a  variety of search methods
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing initial screenings
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, descriptions and position requirements
  • Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process
  • Work directly with Project Manager to meet project staffing goals
  • Schedule all qualified candidates with appropriate hiring manager
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Construction Industry exprience required
  • Able to travel to job sites in New York City
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Well versed in all recruiting platforms
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • MS Office proficiency

 - Compensation:  Minimum: $80,000; $90,000.  The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.  Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates’ qualifications and location.

- The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
