Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS).

The Project Manager role will support OGS in implementing the state’s commitment to convert 100% of our non-emergency, light-duty fleet to zero emission vehicles by 2035 and our medium
and heavy-duty fleet by 2040. This position will facilitate the successful roll out of electric vehicle charging stations at state owned property in collaboration with the Division of Design and
Construction at OGS, the New York Power Authority and other key partners.
The project manager will provide project management support to program delivery functions. OGS oversees over 20M square feet of commercial office space with associated parking and plays key roles in the
procurement, registration, and oversight of vehicles for 50+ State Agencies.
• Coordinate installation and maintenance of electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) at
State-owned facilities and provide specifications for EVSE at leased site
• Monitor project budgets and schedules for all EVSE projects. Track progress and review
project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately
• Proactively identify problems or situations that are or may impact the project delivery.
Work cross-functionally to resolve issues, mitigate risks and implement changes. Work
with senior management to escalate and resolve more complex issues and risks.
• Develop regular data driven reporting to build compelling narratives and create actionable
insight to the program operations across locations.
• Conduct outreach to State agencies and entities relative to electric vehicle procurement
targets
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on progress towards EV goals, including EVSE and
vehicles by category
• Monitor preventative maintenance visits and closing of support tickets
• Leverage vehicle telematics and other data systems to further inform siting of EVSE and
identification of vehicles for electrification
• Assess and update parking operations and related policies to ensure balancing of needs
across all user and facility needs
• Promote and maintain communication between project team members and stakeholders
and manage expectations.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations and/or reports as required. Follow-up on
correspondence and outstanding requests for resolution.
• Familiarity with the electric vehicle and EVSE industry in the United States and New York
State
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and support multiple
projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and follow-through
• Experience with customer relationship management, risk management, and vendor
management.
• Experience with design/engineering/ construction project management lifecycle
• Data-driven analysis and experience in leveraging data to inform strategy development
• Understanding of data governance, management & quality
• Solution-oriented thinking, intellectual curiosity, and ability to seek out innovative
solutions to complex problems
• Team player approach to work and willingness to research and learn about new topics
• Experience in managing initiatives across organizational boundaries
• Ability to work cross-functionally at all levels
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment with project

-Compensation: Minimum: $120,000 Maximum: $160,000. The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates’ qualifications and location.
