We have an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager - Dam Construction & Inspection  for the Corinth Dam, Corinth NY>

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.  LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.

Responsibilities

Must have experience in dam construction and inspection.

  • Act as EIC for the projects, performing inspections, documenting inspections, running
    biweekly and pre-evolution meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between design, construction, the client and regulating authorities.
  • Keep accurate project record documents and ensure that the contractors remain on
    schedule and within the budget.
  • Follow all procedures to ensure that the contract is completed in accordance with the
    contract, laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Must have experience in dam construction and inspection.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale projects
  • A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a role of Senior Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million, with an extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents.
  • Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, and quality.
  • Experience coordinating with designers handling any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility
  • Full knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application
  • OSHA 30

  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment
  • Compensation:  Min: $120,000yr. - Max: $150,000yr
  • The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates’ qualifications and location
